Vernal Equinox Yin Yoga Soundbath March 14th @ 6pm

 With the arrival of spring we are invited to awaken to our true nature and embrace new possibilities. Join Chris Houfek and Carter Heim for a mindful yin practice, immersed in deep sound vibrations designed to cultivate the balance between yin and yang .
